Congratulations on reserving your new pet rats! Read below for the things you need to know prior to pickup day and some additional products you may wish to add on.
Things to Do
Schedule a pick up time with us that is on or after the ready by date of your new rat(s). Meanwhile, please review the following before your scheduled pickup date:
Read over our adoption contract that you will be asked to sign during pick up.
Find an appropriate carrier with proper ventilation and bedding to bring on the day of pick up. If you do not have a carrier and would like to purchase a temporary one, please request one prior.
Make sure your cage is all set up and ready for the addition of your new rats. If you have any questions about set up, do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Please bring exact change for your total purchase as we do not carry cash. We can also accept payment through Venmo if you prefer.
Check out our additional products! If you would like to add on to your purchase any product from below or anywhere else on our website, like isopods and/or bioactive supplies, please send us a message letting us know so that we can bring them the day of pick up.

Private Transport
If you would like a quote for a private transport service for your new pet rats, please reach out to us with the details. We are able to arrange partial or full transport services up to 150 miles.

Temporary Cardboard Carrier
Temporary carrier that can transport your rat(s) for the drive home. This should not be your permanent carrier option as it will not hold up over time. Available in two different sizes: Small (1-2 rats) and Large (1-4 rats).

Assorted Rat Toy Chains
Assorted rat toy chains are 6in in length. All differ in terms of the order of material, but each contain a combination of pear or apple wood, bells, rat safe wood, cholla wood, cork, and natural pumice. These toys are perfect for keeping teeth at the proper length.

Bag of our rat's favorite blend of dry treats. This is not to be used as a staple diet, this is just a treat option of foods your new rat is familiar with.
